What a workout! I haven’t been to class since the spring. It is getting colder in MN and I will be putting the bike on the trainer shortly. I am wondering if I had some interference or it was a fluke, but I had my max HR at 222. I have never been above 205 before. I will have to research and keep tabs with my HRM. I have been running and biking but have done no swim. I am planning on going to a Total Immersion Swim school in February or March.
