I have decided to log spin under cycling and estimate we average atleast 18mph. First time for me with new instructor. She was heavy on the intervals and I knew right where the garbage can was if I had to hurl. I need to make sure I eat better in the morning and lighter on the caffeine. It should start getting nicer outside starting this weekend and I look forward to running and riding outside. Group rides should start shortly, thanks to daylight savings time.
